So two Sundays ago the wonderful Corey Lindsay gave me a gift: Amish Friendship Bread starter kit... which of course I pawned off on Ryan because really.... that is way too much commitment for food for me... and in general.
Here I am at day 10.... I did the final mixing and baking... and 40 minutes into an hour bake time Ryan asks "You put in those eggs I set in by the bowl right?" Uh..... no. So, this is another testament that baby steps to make me less domestically challenged are indeed necessary. Tonight is a great example.... but hopefully it will taste okay. We did put Applesauce and Pudding into the batter as instructed.... maybe it won't hurt it. Will find out in 10 minutes I suppose.
