The Results.... How close are we?

My heart is saddened for America. People have been deceived by a man who has no hopes to bring us good, but to bring us harm. I serve a God who gives a gift of Free Will. So yes, while people have exercised their "Free Will" to vote, was it done from an educated standpoint?

Let's look back to last week:
I was at Farmers Market with friends downtown (SLO), and so saddened to see those who are not old enough to vote (including young children), holding signs for No on Prop 8 (The proposition is for banning Same-Sex Marriage in California). My first thought was "does that child even know what they are saying? Do they have a choice?". It was encouraging that those of age to vote, there were more for Yes on 8. Tonight, the good to report is Proposition 8 has passed and there is a constitutional ban on same-sex marriage in California. But not for long. Obama has stated that at a Federal Level he will over turn the decision if that is the result from the election. So much for listening to the majority.

So many people were "offended" at my public announcement (rather not hiding from my stance) on Proposition 8. I am a Christian... what did you expect me to do? I believe in the morals and values this country was founded on.... granted we have ditched morals all together. Disregarding God, whom we once recognized, because now we must tolerate and not offend. Well maybe it is offensive to me you are telling me my religion is wrong or that my beliefs are not okay. You want me to tolerate, but yet people are doing whatever they can to surpress Christianity and any other religious groups. The government has NO business telling the church to change the definition of marriage.... especially if the church is being told to stay out of government affairs. Government is so one sided.

Now, Barack Huessain Obama is now the 44th President of the United States, effective January 20, 2009. People have been deceived by this man. Don't tell me he is a Christian, because he's not. He was raised Muslim, and those are different beliefs. I am not saying Muslims are bad people, I am just killing the arguments of some Christians whom use this as a reason why they voted for this man. Obama is for partial-birth abortion and if the abortion doesn't take, or heck if the child is crowning during labor, and the mother decides "nevermind, I don't want it... get rid of it" they will stick a needle in the back of the baby's neck, and it will die in a room". This is murder and neglect and Obama is for this. SO called woman's rights... sorry this is murder at this point.... very black and white. And this was his point at his Planned Parenthood talk last month. Obama is for raising taxes, making it harder to receive financial aid for higher education, making it illegal to home school your children. I don't want certain things taught to my future children.... my rights as a parent for my child... whom God has made me responsible for.

Theologians have said that by 2012 the EU (European Union) will have a leader.... this leader will be supported and raised up by the leaders in other countries... including ours.... meaning Mr. Obama! Obama, a man who has never toured Iraq, never served his country in the military who plans to pull out of a war we haven't won is setting us up for an attack, and yet wants to have a union with Canada and Mexico and join with the EU. He is for Marxism economics, and non of this is what this country was built on. This is the start of one-world government to me.

As a Christian.... I wonder.... how much time is there left before Christ comes back... I assume not much. I pray for my unsaved family and friends, and wonder about those in my life who seem to be on the fence. I don't want Jesus to come back until I have the opportunity to tell those I love about who Jesus is, and why HE is the ONLY HOPE. Obama is nothing compared to Jesus. Obama can't offer eternal life, and hope for what?! This country needs God to be the ruler. This country needs to be run by the people. Maybe this is a blessing in disguise. Is this the turning point as we prepare for the rapture? It is like I never think about it so intensely about when Jesus could come back. I know he could come back tomorrow, in my life time... but to really think about it... it is like hearing a small clock ticking. I see prophesy from the Book of Daniel in the bible and Revelation coming true. God let sin win. Why? To show us why we honestly do need Him. I pray that the church unites in this time. To protect our children and our religious freedoms. In all this I wish Hilary would have won if a Democrat had to be the one to go into office. Hilary may be a little of a femminist, but she is not crazy. I think she was robbed on the ticket, and I always felt that way. This man came out of no where.

This is a time for us as Christians to come together and pray. A time to share Jesus with those we love, and live a life that pleases and honors Him. To stand united and showing love of the Father. Rallying that HE is the ONLY HOPE WE REALLY NEED.
