Took Nor-Cal by storm!

What an exciting weekend and month this is truly turning out to be. This past weekend my wonderful friend Brian Jost and I went up to San Francisco to visit my dear friend and previous roommate, Ali, and had a wonderful time. It also happened to be Jost's bday so it was like the first time ever he had done something planned out, which is cool. We went to San Fran the busiest weekend of the year with the Blue Angels also being in town. We did the Alcatraz tour which was neat, and made me quite glad for the choices I have made to not get myself a pretty little box like that to live in for the rest of my days. We did quite the trek in going from that area at Pier 39 to Lombard in trying to find the street where you see the houses from Full Houses. Great weekend, with some good shopping. I demonstrated good control in going into American Eagle, even with their amazing sale going on right now. I got a couple cute tops for work/play/anytime and a nice pair of jeans for less than $50.00 and I had a gift card as well, so it was awesomeness. Sunday we went to an Art and Wine Faire in Downtown San Carlos and the wine was alright, and we bought some awesome fudge and then ended the weekend with a trip to Ikea (I heart Ikea) and stopped in Salinas for dinner and met up with Abbie for a bit to see her new place, and it was just awesome. Brian is so patient with me as a friend, and we didn't bicker like our normal interactions (which is usually mostly in fun, so it was a change of pace). Now, as I recover from one of the worst sicknesses I have had this year (double ear infection still wins), and cough up my lungs :) Work and prepare for ROCKTOBER weekend. Magic Mountain and Disneyland in one weekend. Talk about busy, busy! I will have my pics of San Fran up soon!
