This weekend I have the fortunate opportunity to dine at Eagle Castle Winery in Paso Robles for lunch. A group of friends and I had gone to celebrate my roommate's birthday, and this was a wonderful day. Eagle Castle is a beautiful winery in Paso Robles out Hwy 46W towards Morro Bay and Cambria. We arrived for what turned out to be a beautiful day in Paso Robles, and ate right away in the Crown Room. Gorgeous room, and the whole building has amazing architecture. All the food during lunch was very reasonably priced from cheese platters to the Chicken Chipotle Wrap. It was a great wrap until my allergies went into gear and discovering there were also walnuts in it-- so a Wrap Swap happened, and I switched with a friend who had ordered the Chicken Ceasar Salad wrap for 10.00 each, and had Parmesan Cheese french fries. All the food was delicious, and during lunch we wine tasted. I definitely had to pick up a bottle of the Muscato dessert wine, and yet the Syrah, Zinfandel, and Barbera were great as well.

After lunch we toured the beautiful grounds with a dear friend taking pictures. So you can enjoy those as well. I highly recommend this place for a place to dine. Prices are very reasonable, and the setting is just wonderful!
