So with a couple days until I am on a plane and headed East and my brain has been on constant "go, go, go". So much to worry about I feel like from wearing the right outfit to the interview to "will I survive the cold or will I freeze to death?". And then "will I get lost in the city in switching subways and whatnot?"
So let's back up. For those of you who do not subscribe or follow nychereicome. wordpress.com. You are missing some information aren't you? Like "What on earth is going on?" So let me tell you:
I am flying to New York Thursday for a whirlwind trip. I have been submitting so many resumes back there and I got contacted for an interview in the city and they asked me to fly out to interview. I hope that means they really like me so far based on the resume and see my accommodating to coming out for them. Only time and God will tell.
I am interviewing for a Meeting and Conference Coordinator position with Association of National Advertisers in Midtown East Manhattan on Friday. I get in SUPER early in the morning into JFK and fly back out on Sunday and land back in Burbank, CA at 9:45 at night and then make the drive back. I will be seeing some friends and family as well.
So prayer is a big one right now for this coming week. For God to keep me safe, that the interview would go well, and that His peace about it all would come over me.
Oh and prayer that I don't freeze. I am excited, nervous, and just mixed with emotion. I want to bring my best and I hope that will show.
